How long does it take for my order to arrive? / How much does my delivery cost?

 

Shipping is calculated automatically before submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

 

Orders over €100 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING only in France.

Free delivery will be available for all UK orders totaling €100 or more; no web code needed. Purchase must total €100 or more after applicable discounts and before sales tax and shipping. Free shipping offer is valid for orders within the UK and applies to standard ground shipping methods only.

 

Europe orders are eligible for free shipping when the order value is €150 or more, after all applicable discounts and before the application of sales taxes and shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are subject to delivery by the carrier and are therefore not guaranteed. Some carriers may require an additional business day for priority and express shipments. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All claims for lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Carrier failures are not the fault of PAUL & CAPS or a reflection of our level of dedication to our customers.

 

Shipments that are refused and/or returned to sender without prior communication with Customer Service will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges charged to our account. Please note that refused shipments may experience significant delays in the return shipment process, so any applicable refunds may take up to 30-60 days to process, as we cannot begin the refund process until that the goods are not received by our store. It is always best to contact customer service first in order to cancel or return an order.

 

In rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders may be delayed in production and shipping by certain business days. Although we do everything in our power to avoid production and shipping delays, if you are purchasing an item for a special event within the next two weeks, we recommend that you contact our customer service team prior to purchase to so that we can make sure your order arrives on time.

I received the wrong product or the product was damaged.

If you believe you have received the wrong product or your product has been damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at contact@paulcaps.com.

What is your return policy ?

 

We love happy customers !

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your package at your address. for a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns to be processed.

 

All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days after purchase. To report a manufacturing defect, please email contact@paulcaps.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect. We will determine whether to repair the item or send a replacement.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping charges. We are happy to provide a prepaid return label at your request, but please note that for all discretionary returns the retail cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Discretionary returns are defined as a return for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an error or error by our processing team.

When will my order be shipped?

 

Please see each item page for more information on each item availability. Also, after placing your order, you can click on the quot. My Account; link at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information (if purchased) within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. All items in an order will be shipped together.
